Who operates this store

The Traveling Social Workers LLC, operating publicly as The Traveling Social Workers through Dr. Joey Pagano (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this storefront from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Privacy requests may be sent to drjoey@travelingsocialworkers.com.

Information we may receive

• Information you provide, including your name, email address, message, and email preferences.
• Order information supplied by Lemon Squeezy, including the product, order number, country, payment status, and refund status.
• Basic technical, security, and performance information such as browser, device type, referring page, pages visited, and IP address.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

How information is used

• Deliver purchased products and requested free resources.
• Provide order, download, and technical support.
• Send receipts, service messages, and requested educational or product emails.
• Send optional post-purchase getting-started and honest-feedback emails when a buyer separately opts in and confirms their email address.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website.
• Prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

Marketing emails are sent only where permitted. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Purchase-related service messages may still be sent.

Checkout and service providers

Payments are processed by Sold through Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC (“Lemon Squeezy”), which acts as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, and related order services under its own Privacy Policy and Terms.

We may also use website hosting, security, email, analytics, and technical providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the store. We do not sell personal information for money.

We use Kit, formerly ConvertKit, to manage email subscriptions and send emails. Kit may process an email address, subscription status, source and interest tags, and email delivery or click information. Topic tags help us avoid irrelevant messages and do not represent a diagnosis. Kit handles this information under its own Privacy Policy.

Cookies and optional analytics

The store asks before loading Google Analytics. If you allow optional analytics, Google may receive limited device, browser, referring-page, page-view, and interaction information so we can understand which resources are useful and improve the shopping experience. If you allow analytics and complete a purchase, we may also send a pseudonymous browser identifier plus the product, purchase amount, currency, and transaction identifier to record the completed checkout. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or health information to Google Analytics.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. Declining analytics does not prevent you from viewing the store, downloading the free guide, or completing a purchase. You may clear the store's browser storage to make the choice again. Google handles analytics information under its own Privacy Policy.

Affiliate links may include a referral code. Lemon Squeezy may store an anonymous referral identifier so an eligible partner can receive credit for a resulting purchase. Page addresses and campaign labels may also identify the educational topic, resource, or product you viewed or used to reach the store. We do not intentionally place names, email addresses, diagnoses, treatment details, or crisis information in those labels.

Sensitive and health information

This storefront and its support email are not clinical portals. Do not submit patient or client names, medical or treatment records, crisis details, or other sensitive health information. A message does not create a therapist-client, clinician-patient, supervisory, or other professional relationship.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Children, external links, and changes

The store is intended for adult purchasers and is not directed to children under 13. External services such as Lemon Squeezy, Amazon, and social networks apply their own policies. We may update this notice as the store, providers, or legal requirements change; the effective date will identify the current version.
